He has been CEO of biotechnology companies which led Neil to work across Asia, the Middle East and Europe networking with financiers, diplomats, government ministers and biotechnology executives.
Neil holds an PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Otago and an MBA from Massey University.
He has three daughters and lives in Vanuatu.
